What we have learned about marriage in 13 years!
1. You can finish two degrees when you are married.
2. Care and Concern for one another. Pray together and for each other.
3. Love is not conditional but unconditional
4. Patience
5. Always save for retirement and have great health insurance. You never know!
6. Make sure that you have an education in a marketable field
7. Instead of going to Hawaii or other far off places save for your childrens' educations and allow them to partcipate in other actvities. There is always something to do near your area you just have to be creative!
8. Have family night or day at least once a week.
9. Go on dates with your spouse.
10. Never go to bed angry with one another.
11. Laugh
12. Be each others' best friend.
13. Life is a gift no matter how old you are or if you are in perfect health or condition life can be taken. Life is a true Journey!
Here is to many more years of living and growing!
every trial in my life has brought me to THIS place.....a place where nothing is perfect but everything is great. i wouldn't change a thing. OK MAYBE A FEW THINGS!!!!
