Meet Santa's reindeer at The Claim Jumper!

Zachary's favorite place to eat is The Claim Jumper. He loves the fries and the pizza. While we were sitting waiting for our meal Isabella looked up on the wall and said, "Wow look at the reindeer." We told her that it was a moose, but she insisted that it was Santa's reindeer hanging up on the wall so I took a photo of it with Kirk and Zachary.

Happy Birthday Zachary!!!!!!!

Today we celebrated Zachary's 7th Birthday. He had so much fun hearing about the day that he was born, and he loves it that he was a preemie. I showed him his first bottle that he drank out of and also his special quilt that the NICU nurses made for him. Zachary is a special little guy in our family. He has a very sensitive and sweet personality. I'm so happy that I have been given the opportunity to be Zachary's mother. He has taught me so many things about myself and he is an awesome son! Happy Birthday Zachary!

Watch OUT because I'm cruising now!!!!

The night before Zachary's birthday he took off on his bike without any training wheels. This was huge for him because for the past months the OT's and Kirk and I have been working on this with Zachary. Now Zachary's question is how old does he have to be to drive a car?

Happy 12th Wedding Anniversary

Since our wedding anniversary is so close to Zachary's Birthday we decided to celebrate this anniversary together as a family. We went to our favorite restaurant Anthony's down at The Point Defiance waterfront. We also visited the beach and gardens. You all may think we were crazy for taking our kiddos with us on our anniversary but it turned out to be a wonderful day. When I look at these photos, I know that Kirk and I have been blessed with a beautiful family and our children have been a a true gift to us!

The City Girl at The Craters of the Moon

After this 800 mile journey to Idaho Falls, ID. I decided that I'm a City girl. Lets just say that our 14 hour car ride from Seattle to Idaho was interesting and fun. On our way out, Zachary saw lots of dairy farms and tractors all over the place he said that he is in "ten buck to" and this is the country. We also heard a song on the radio called "I married the Farmer's Daughter" it was very funny and Kirk will be playing it for all of his coworkers. I'll see if I can find it so you can listen to it on the blog. We also stopped at Craters of the Moon. Zachary loved all of the Lava beds. Enjoy our Idaho photos!

Fun Snapshots in Idaho!

The FIREWORKS and INSAINTY!

So on the night of the 4th we decided to take the kiddos to the fireworks. As we were leaving, one of Zachary's classmates named Leroy knocked on the door and said that his mom's car is broken and he wanted to go to the fireworks so like "SUCKERS" KIrk and I agreed to take Leroy. Once we arrived at the fireworks, within about ten minutes three other boys from Zachary's Kindergarten class found us and decided to sit by us. Please remember, all of these boys know me very well since I worked with them in Zachary's classroom, so they were very comfortable. So within ten minutes Kirk and I went from having three kids to having six kids and let me tell you it was wild and crazy, but fun for Zachary! In fact the lady sitting next to me looked over at me and she said, "Here you look like you need a beer." I laughed and said, "I do not drink, but after tonight I may just start. (Joking) It was super crazy, but at the same time I really like these boys, and it is so awesome to see how many friends Zachary has. He has come so far socially! Enjoy our photos!

The Park on the 4th!

On the 4th of July, we took the kiddos to a park in Auburn. The kids got to go to a car show, visit a petting zoo, rode a pony, and played hard. Zachary loved the car sho and Isabella loved the baby animals. It was so sunny in Seattle that day and I loved it! Enjoy the photos!

The Pacific Ocean over The Fourth of July weekend

Saturday we took a drive down to Ocean Shores for the day and played at the ocean. This past week has been tough. I have been dealing with really bad rashes all over my body and Kirk had a very long and stressful week. Going to the ocean was perfect. We enjoyed sunny skies and we were even able to swim in the ocean a little bit. Zachary loved running out into the ocean while Isabella loved playing in the sand!

CARS 2

June 24th Zachary watched CARS 2 and LOVED IT!!!!! Bella and I made it through most of the movie, but then she had to go to the bathroom so we left and went shopping at the mall while Kirk and Zachary enjoyed the show.
